Fabulous Crochet Sanctuary weekend with Lost in knit 🧶

Hello! So I’m still recovering, yes I know it’s Wednesday, but I got back from the Crochet Sanctuary Sunday night and Monday morning I was straight back out on the road until last night, so I’m a little tired!

We are always so apprehensive prior to a Crochet Sanctuary whether it’s a day or weekend, especially when we have new people! You think it would be the other way around but we don’t sleep much!

So our theme for the weekend was ‘home sweet home’ we thought with people all back from holiday, kids back at school it’s now people start organising their homes, decorating etc and getting ready for the dreaded C! Well I am anyway!

My summer house is finished!! My own little she shed!

Sorry for the huge spam on pics but I am so happy with it! My husband had it built within a few hours, painted, he bought me some tub chairs and a foot stool, he’s put electricity inside, lighting in and out! I love it!

We’ve also been decorating the downstairs loo, hall stairs and landing, our abbys bedroom, new carpets, so it’s been busy!

So back to the Crochet Sanctuary, home sweet home! On the Friday night we provided everyone with Hoooked rugs everyone needs a crocheted rug right?! Mine will eventually go in my she shed as soon as I have weaved my end! The rugs are using T-shirt yarn, which can be a little hard on the hands but they really are worth it, with them being so big, nobody finished them over the weekend, so I’ve no pics!

On the Saturday morning both lynda and I designed some plant pot cosy’s lynda designed bunny rabbit ears and I designed a cover with a leaf, it wasn’t what I had planned for, I wanted something rose gold in colour with a geometric look, but I couldn’t get the soft fun and catona to work together for a geometric design, but I’m pleased with what I came up with

And a good few people finished theirs!

On the Saturday afternoon we had Emily from Lost in knit Emily is also the yarn guru for knitcraft / hobbycraft. We work closely with Emily for our hobbycraft designs but it’s mainly all on email, so this weekend it was really nice to get to know her, and chat with her, she’s very clever, knits Crochet’s and she does the most amazing macrame!!!! So we had a a macrame workshop!

I’ve got to say I am mortified!!! Because I could not and still can’t get the hang of it! I’m not giving up though! Our guests loved it, they enjoyed doing something different and learning something new, I don’t think anyone had any experience of macrame at all! Normally our guest designers run their workshop from 14:00 until 18:00 on the Saturday, but with it being such a big project Emily literally worked the usual workshop time, and the evening and the whole of the next day too! But look at the results!

It was such a good weekend.

We also had Lexie at the event who runs the ‘Crochet for beginners’ group on Facebook, Lexie very kindly gave us a review, on YouTube!!!! Our very first video review, you can watch it here Lexie loves crochet review

Anyway a few more pics!

We haven’t got anymore weekend spaces left at all until 2021, but we do have some day spaces! The Crochet Sanctuary

We’ve already planned out Christmas!!! And we have some fabulous workshops! Exciting!!!!!

Anyway happy hooking!!!

More finished projects!

Hellloooooo!!!! From Leeds, not Warrington, Leeds. I’ve been exhibiting at a conference today, and tomorrow, I don’t normally like staying away, but it’s a good opportunity to get some hooky time in whilst stuck in a hotel room on my own! Crochet and Netflix love it! I got through so many episodes of suits last night, more tonight!

So I actually finished some more projects this week, I don’t really take crochet orders, unless they’re for friends and family, but even that stresses me out slightly as I have a deadline hanging over my head, and I also hate charging, I always feel that if I don’t charge then people can’t come back if there’s anything wrong.

So a little while a go a lovely lady at work asked me to make a blanket for her new grandson, I was excited as I had bought so many patterns for small blankets and was itching to make them. She also asked me to make another blanket for another girl at work who is due to have a little girl soon, so off I went to Blacksheep wools to buy some stylecraft bambino, have you tried it? It’s beautiful, and gives the most lovely stitch definition

I bought 2 colourways one for boys and one for girls (neither gender neutral sorry) and I started a very simple rowed treble for the boys blanket, but got so bored! And the colours weren’t doing it for me, so I scrapped that idea and decided to just use the sage colour and a simple filet crochet I chose Estelle blanket by owl b hooked and I absolutely love it! I’ve always steered clear of filet, purely because I’m so crap at counting ha!!

I think it turned out beautifully!

I also crocheted a lovely simple blanket in a dark grey, with silver star appliqués, I pinched the colourway and pattern from Kate from just pootling she always chooses the most beautiful colours

It’s quite small but the perfect size for a car seat for sure. 23 stars though?! Thank you for @lyndascraftroom who kindly sewed them on for me, I hate sewing!

And finally, the busy bees blanket, I only started it last week, in the vintage pink with a beautiful cream border, I almost didn’t want to give it away!

Is it it lovely!!!!

I only really have one more item to finish, before I can crack on with things that I really want to do, in between designing for The crochet Sanctuary

On March 7th my cousin sadly passed away. She left behind 2 beautiful little girls, I felt overwhelmed with sadness and guilt as I had not made the effort to contact until 3 days before she died. Keith flint from the prodigy had passed away and, fire starter always reminded me of Karen, so I messaged her, but I didn’t hear back and by 7th she wasn’t there anymore. Anyway!!! Enough doom! I decided to make her girls a little something, even if it just put a smile on their faces for 30 seconds it would be worth it, but then I thought, well I should really make my other cousins children something too, I ended up making a few items!

Milo Monkey was for my cousin Alison’s little boy designed by Kornflake stew

Then I ended up making the Fox for wee Don, who is Karen’s nephew, same designer

I made Karen’s eldest daughter a puff stitch beanie as she is 12 and I didn’t think she would quite appreciate a toy!

And for Karen’s youngest I made pegasuaurus? I might be wrong there, and I can’t remember the designer, but it was out of Unicorns and dragons crochet book this book is amazing by the way!

So! I finished them a discreetly handed them out after the wake, my cousins wife then contacted me and asked me to make some ami tie backs for curtains, she wanted a zebra and a giraffe, so the zebra is done and has the most amazing mo!!

But I’ve yet to finish the giraffe, I’m about 1/4 way through they’re both designed by Nice and cosee crochet check out her Ravelry page!

Then!!!!!!!! I can finally start…….Ubuntu medium!!! So remember I finished my small Ubuntu? Well I enjoyed it so much I was a bit gutted I didn’t get the medium kit, but it was so expensive at the time and I didn’t know if I would finish it. Well both @lyndascraftroom and I have bought the medium kit eeeek! The small one I did sits in the Sanctuary, but the medium I’m going to crochet for our sofa at home

I am so excited!!!

So tonight I am sat in my hotel room, testing a pattern for our Friday night project for the next crochet Sanctuary, who am I kidding?! I just couldn’t wait to start it ha!!!! But can’t show you yet! What I can say is, it’s gorgeous!

Anyway, I’m off to order room service then get my hoook on!!!

Happy Hooking!!!

Birthday weekend🦄🦄🦄

Well it’s been a whole year, a year today actually! That @lyndascraftroom and I held our very first Crochet Sanctuary it’s been an absolute blast! We’ve met so many amazing people. So our theme for the weekend was birthdays, cupcakes, unicorns, unicorn colours, piñatas, pass the parcel, and cake, way too much cake!

We started off our evening with everyone arriving including our guest designer Lottie & Albert, who’s podcast I watch regularly, it’s so odd meeting someone that you watch when they’ve never met you before!

Our room looked beautiful!! So we had 18 weekenders and 8 crochet day guests for the Saturday, so 26 of us in total. We started the evening off by giving all of our guests miffy slipper kits from Stitch and Story the yarn in the kits are absolutely beautiful, including a lovely bamboo hook and some lovely little cotton labels, they would of been perfect had the pattern included had been a little easier to read, it was a little oddly written and took a lot of concentration, which I struggled with, however we do have one person that finished them!

They’re so cute, but I think I personally need a quiet room to concentrate for these ones. Photo credit Sharon Meakin! Well done Sharon!

We also had Amanda from Little Box of Crochet so very kindly donate one of her Learn to crochet boxes ohhhhh my!!!!! I wish these were around when I was learning, they’re stunning, and she donated one for us to use as a pass the parcel and the lovely Alison Bailey won!

Just look what’s included!

Anyway, we had a lovely evening, albeit late, as once everyone had gone we then set up for our unicorn party the next morning

Oh the fun!! Although not so much fun when the balloons tangle!!!

A good friend would of helped……😂

For our workshop in the morning Lynda and I had designed some cupcake pin cushions, one with a great big cream swirl and unicorn, we also had unicorn marshmallows on sticks

Don’t laugh at my sleepy eyes!!!!

But if people didn’t fancy using them as pincushions they had some head bands too, to make a head band

After lunch we moved onto Lindsey from Lottie and Albert Lindsey had provided us all with her rainbow blanket pattern and heart belly basket, the project is created by working 6 strands of dk yarn at the same time, using a 20mm hook, winding the yarn into large balls was a laugh!

It works up so quickly! And it’s so soft, so even if you wanted to use a cheaper yarn because it’s in a larger hook and it’s so airy even a cheaper yarn is so soft!

We used scheepjes colour crafter in pastels

Throughout the day we had pass the parcel games and our guests won things like toft kits, sweets and Amanda Blooms ‘the story so far’ book 😍😍

Sunday is always a chill out day, where we finish projects from the weekend, even though we themed the weekend as our first birthday it was more to give us ideas to base the weekend on, but people actually brought us gifts 🙈🙈 we’ve had chocolates, candles and cards! Oh no!!! That really wasn’t the intention, but check out this amazing gift!!!

Mini skeins of hand dyed yarn in a mug!!!! Like 😱😱😱 how amazing!!!

Anyway, we really couldn’t of had our 1st birthday if people didn’t actually book with us, so we bought our guests a gift to say a massive thank you to them

And we were lucky enough to have the author of the book there to sign it too!

It’s been an absolute laugh, and what more can you want than a comfy room filled with lovely people, yarn and cake?!

Here’s a few more pics

I think that’s all for now, until next time happy hooking!!!

Serial starter

Helloooo! Freezing isn’t it?! Well if you’re in the UK it is, we had some snow today! It hasn’t settled but we’re due for more tonight.

I think with this weather I just want to crochet warm jumpers and cardigans, I’m like a magpie for a nice Aran at the moment, and constantly starting something new.

I’m still working on my spirit of life cal, I’m taking it easy, not rushing and I can quite honestly say I am enjoying every stitch, when I first bought it, it was the first time I looked at a pattern and questioned my ability to do it, I think it was the mosaic but I’ve done it and it was a hell of a lot easier than I thought

I’m really pleased with it, so much so I’ve bought the volcanic version too!! Lord knows when I’ll actually get around to starting it, I’m not on the blocks, once these are joined it’ll be back to working in rows

We had our huge scheepjes delivery last week for the next Crochet sanctuary I treated myself to these buttons, I have been hunting high and low for these buttons and couldn’t find them anywhere!

I love them! I’ll only use them for extra special people ha! I got these pegs too!

Way too cute!!

I’ve also started the Poet cardigan Little Golden Nook I love it!! I’m using WI soft and smooth tweed Aran from Hobbycraft, although I’ve got to admit the sleeves are starting to bore me a little I’m almost at the end of my first one, only the other sleeve to go and it’s done!

On Saturday night we decided to go for a walk with the dogs to New Brighton beach on the Sunday, it’s so cold here I thought I’m going to wrap up!! Can you believe I didn’t have a hat??? I don’t wear them but quickly crocheted myself one for Sunday

I love it!!!! I just used some style craft Aran I had and got this fabulous pattern from 5 little monsters and it was free!!! Less than 3 hours and I was the proud owner of a hat! Don’t you just love crochet?!

Helen shrimpton has also released a new pattern (help me!) I’ve had to buy it, I absolutely need to get some wips out of the way before I start it, it’s lovely! It’s called The lost garden I’m thinking of some fresh colours for this, duck egg blue, whites, but trying to think of another 3 colours.

I’ve finished my designs for the next crochet sanctuary! I also finished my testing for another designer, which I enjoyed doing very much. I’ve just got one large project for knit raft Hobbycraft blog I’m procrastinating with! Purely because I’m enjoying all of these patterns!

Oooooooh fab bargain yesterday!!! Facebook market place is good sometimes for yarny finds, there was a lady who had just closed her craft store not far from me, and she was selling 15 x balls of Rico creative Aran this has to be the softest Aran EVER it’s normally £3.99 a ball, I got 15 for £30!!!!! I reckon I’ll get a few sweaters/cardigans out of this!

Anyway, I’m going to work on that project I’ve been putting off tonight, unfortunately it’s not quite big enough for keeping me warm, but, I’ll feel better for putting a dent in it that’s for sure!

Happy Hooking!

Not so weekly update

It’s been busy! We’re now on week 3 of the Knitcraft falling leaves crochet along, and it’s going really well!

We’ve been busy finalising and re-testing designs for the Christmas Crochet Sanctuary which is mega exciting! We literally cannot wait to see people’s faces, so exciting!! We’ve gone a little all out for Christmas, but you’ve got to really, we’ve also been finalising designs for our 1 day special on 1st December AND! On 2nd December too! Because can you believe this?! Amanda bloom from Little Box of Crochet asked @lyndascraftroom and I to host a workshop for her grand sale!

I mean, remember when I attended a retreat and she was there and I got all giddy and star struck?!?! Now!! We’re hosting workshops for her?! Unbelievable really ha! Anyway there are a couple of places left, it’s £5 to get in and the proceeds got to brain tumour charity, it’s £15 to get in if you want to do either the morning or afternoon workshop, and we’ve got a cracking project for each one planned! Blacksheep wools have kindly donated oke gift bags for us for the day and some mini catonas to pop in the bags, which was so kind of them, they’re so local to lynda and I so it’s nice that local businesses support each other.

Anyway I love it once we’ve finished designing a CAL because I can get back to crocheting what I fancy, I’ve finally managed to catch up with ubunto! I’ve been a little bit hooked, but I am going to have to frog back a few rows as my stitch count isn’t quite right so nee to figure out where I’ve gone wrong. I went for the ubunto small and I’ve regretted it since, I do love it but I do wish I’d gone for the medium or large

It was due to cost originally as there was a big jump in price from small to medium, but I think I might do medium now too and small can go on the sofas at the sanctuary.

As our Christmas Sanctuary is only next week I’ve started a sweater!! A Christmas sweater, it’s deigned by Eleven handmade and it’s the Golden Rod sweater

It’s an odd hook and yarn weight (to me) its a sock weight yarn requires and a 4.5mm hook, so I’m on the chunky side and to be safe I want to make sure it’s going to fit me! So I’ve gone for a dk weight on the recommended hook size, and it’s coming up lovely! I do love a puff stitch anyway, the sleeves are added on lastly but! You could leave them as is and crochet in a cotton and have it a a summer top, it such a versatile pattern. I’ve decided to make one for my mum, so I’ve bought some baby drops alpaca silk yarn in wheat, although I didn’t realise the wheat would have a yellowish tinge to it, I’m gonna go with it as I’m sure my mum will love it.

Also it was my birthday yesterday and it just so happened to fall on a Knitcraft social day! I was thoroughly spoilt rotten embarrassingly, but wow! I’ve never hand so many birthday cards, even when I was little, and handmade ones at that, so many gifts of candles, gin, yarn, flowers, chocolate a beautiful poppy bracelet and Lynda knows me so well ha!!! A mini schnauzer calendar and! Twinkie chan book!!!! I never bought it, I’ve been eyeing it up for 2 years! And she got it for me! Crochet abode ala mode! Love it!!!!!

It was a cracking day and so nice to spend it with my hooker friends, anyways, it’s Sunday, it’s cold outside, I’m off to carry on with my golden rod sweater!

Happy hooking!

Hello 2018!

I do wonder how long we should carry on ‘happy new year’ for, only 5 days in and I feel like I’ve said it tonnes of times!!

Christmas started in August for us when we started designing the Christmas CAL, and it now feels like spring, seen as @lyndaacraftroom and I are now in the throws of designing the next one, thoroughly enjoying it I might just add!!

So! I’ve started my Janie Crow Fridas Flowers blanket!!!! Yayyyyy!!! Like on Christmas Eve, as soon as I’d finished my last gift, I have to say it’s the most stunning design and colour way ever!! I’m only on block 3 but it’s so gorgeous

Block 1

Block 2 – my favourite

Block 3 – what’s there not to love?!

Just beautiful

Although it’s going to be one of those blankets I probably won’t let anybody touch! So worth waiting for.

I’ve also had a start on Sophie’s stool, it’s so nice!! I’m tempted to just carry on and do the blanket but I really do want this for the stool.

For those like me that have looked at the stool kit for a while and not bought it, let me tell you it’s such good value for money!! I didn’t realise (I don’t think it’s been very well advertised) you actually get the stool in the kit! Plus 9 x 50g of scheepjes catona, the quality of the stool is just fab!

Anyway! I’ve also been working on some designs for the spring cal for knitcraft but obviously I can’t show you those….yet!

We also have literally 1 month and 10 days to go before The Crochet Sanctuary eeeeeekkkk!!! I’m so excited, and excited that some of you lovelies will be joining us! People we talk to on Instagram and some of our CAL members! We literally have sold out on all day passes, we only have 2 weekend passes available, to be honest it’s a bit of crap time of year, asking people to fork out £450 for a weekend of pure self indulgence, SO! As Lynda and I have already paid for everything in advance we obviously need to sell these last two rooms, so we’ve decided to raffle off 1 room, which is Fab really, for the sake of a £5 (virtual) raffle ticket you could win a weekend away of none stop Crochet, beautiful food in gorgeous surroundings with the loveliest people, and let me tell you we’ve sold so few the odds of actually winning is pretty bloody high! So if you fancy buying one, they’re £5, just send a payment through via PayPal to hello@thecrochetsanctuary.co.uk we get notifications straight away, so we’ll send a receipt through for your records. Ooh the weekend is from Friday 16th until Sunday 18th, it’s worth a fiver believe me!!!

We are really very pleased that we’ve sold the original number, then increased the number of weekends by another 5, at this time of year we think we’ve done a super job, so next week we’ll be releasing the dates for April Crochet Sanctuary!

Anyway happy hooking!!!!

Xx

Christmas CAL, WIP and new yarn review!

Well can you believe that’s our second CAL complete, well almost! @lyndascraftroom May have a bonus pattern ready to be released on Friday! And then I might just have one for the week after!

We’ve had some fabulous finished blanket pics getting posted, just so lovely to see!

Some people went for the original Knitcraft colourways but many have chosen their own and they’re all just fabulous!

I’ve been ever so good lately, I’ve finished some wip just in time for Christmas and I am getting close the end of my list, then and only then will I allow myself to get stuck into my primavera blanket.

I finished simply crochet magazine issue 63 gingerbread jumper. (Simply Crochet is Fab for patterns, they’ve an offer on for a fiver, look to the right!) I have to admit, this project did bore me, purely because it was mainly DC’s all the way through, I got excited to do the sleeves which involved some increase rows! But I forced myself to finish it and to say that my gorgeous girl Abby is happy with her jumper is an understatement

I’ve also finished the yarnspirations blast off rocket blanket!!!! Yayyyy!!!!! I did enjoy doing this, but let other projects get in the way, it’s massive, it’s heavy and chunky and my nephew is going to love it!

So I’ve just two troll hats to finish (still) I’ve made the hats it’s just the hair! But with help from the girls at our knitcraft social I’m getting there

Needless to say I won’t be doing anymore!

Now there I was I’d finished some wip and thought right, into the next one, foxy cardigan, when I popped into Blacksheep wools in Warrington, to get some large wool needles, I came across this yarn……..

DY Apollo manufactured by stash fine yarns, oh wow, ok so it’s a dk weight, mainly acrylic with about 20% wool, this isn’t my particular colour choice it’s a gift for someone, but the colour changes are just phenomenal! Absolutely beautiful, it’s lovely to crochet with and I don’t get bored, as the colour changes really make it interesting

Same picture but one with flash one without, the colours are so vibrant, I just love it, each ball is 300g in weight and Blacksheep wools are selling them for £14.95 but to be honest, well worth the money, and they’ve a lot of different colours in stock, well worth a nosey.

So this ball of yarn has jumped the que a little! However I’ve got two weeks to get my foxy cardigan done for my godson then another huge Twinkie chan doughnut for my niece, that’s it!

Then I do believe it’ll be heads down and designing the next CAL!

Ooh only a couple of weekends left at The Crochet Sanctuary !!!!

Happy hooking xx

Week 4 already!

I didn’t even get s chance to blog last week, been rather busy with work, CAL and Christmas orders.

Anyway I’ve completely bypassed week 3 and week 4 has just been released this morning Christmas CAL week 4 we had some amazing part 3’s completed last week, by people who’ve never tapestry crocheted before check these out!

@lyndascraftroom and I have to pinch ourselves sometimes, these patterns came out of our heads! And people are actually making them, not only are they making them they’re learning something new and building they’re confidence, it’s so heartwarming it really is.

I’ve finally completed the last of my puff stitch beanie orders

And I’ve been asked to make some troll hats, I must admit they’re driving me crazy, there’s an awful lot of hair to attach, once you’ve attached the hair you’ve got separate each strand, yes, each strand! Then brush with a wire brush and lose half of the hair, anyway I’ve two to make and I’m almost finished the first

A little scary 😂 but apparently the kids love them!

My little box of crochet arrived yesterday!!! And I am still being very patient waiting for the ‘Not so little box of crochet’ literally cannot wait for it to come!!

Last night I’d finished my last puff stitch beanie and I just had to have a little play with one of the Christmas decorations, the pattern is amazing, yarn beautiful, candle smells phenomenal! And some nice goodies inside too

Don’t be looking at the state of my craft room!!! Just the bell please 😂

The Crochet Sanctuary is becoming more exciting each day, we’ve literally 3 rooms left and that was after increasing our booking by another 5 rooms. Now!! Originally when we booked cranage hall and paid our whopper of a deposit, we chose a room with amazing tall sash windows and rather snug Victorian type fireplace, when we went a few weeks ago to test it all out, we were asked why we hadn’t picked the babage room, wenweee shown The Babage and as soon as we walked in we just knew we had to have it, it’s beautiful, more beautiful than our original choice, we’ve nicknamed it our Harry Potter room, it’s all wood panelled walls great big stone fireplace, it’s cozy and snug but big enough for 35 people, the babage is originally where they used to make medicine back in its day, anyway we couldn’t find out if we could have it until the Monday, we’ll we can have it! It’s ours!!! And we’re going to adorn it in crocheted blankets, cushions, crocheted pouffes and we maybe making some stag and unicorn heads for either side of the fireplace, at either side of the fireplace will be sofas positioned so that we can all keep warm, see each other and we won’t have to reach too far for our yarn, absolute bliss!!! We’ve had a brief from @coastalcrochet regarding her workshop and we are so excited!!

Anyway, that’s it from me, happy hooking xx

Christmas is, and an afternoon at The Crochet Sanctuary ☺️

What a lovely afternoon had by all!! So yesterday part two of the Christmas is Cal was released, pattern is available here if you fancy Part two it’s going sooooooo well!! We have people that have never crocheted joining and completed part one, which is just phenomenal, it gives @lyndascraftroom and I such a buzz that we are able to give people so much confidence, it’s just fabulous!!

There’s such a real mixture of stitches, and we know we’ve broken so many unwritten crochet rules so that we’re able to get all of these textures in one blanket, but it’s working! And so nice to see so many colours.

Anyway this morning we met some of the girls at hobbycraft Warrington where the lovely Emma has made a sign for us! We’ve only been there for 18 months so much appreciated!

I also had an old friend turn up, all the way from Nevada!! We haven’t seen each other for 24 years so it was so lovely to see her, a few months ago sarah had crocheted a couple of scarves, we got her involved in the Tea on the green cal and she’s finished it and done such an amazing job, she’s now doing the Christmas cal!

As you know The Crochet Sanctuary is happening in February, and we want both of our weekend and day guests to enjoy every single minute of it, so we thought we’d have a mini sanctuary afternoon, just to see how it was going to work, where we want the sofas positioned, and test some food obviously!! Ohhhh we did not want to leave!!! We chilled out on the sofas, fire on, hot drinks, light lunch and crochet! We even took a few crocheted bits with us as a bit of a dress rehearsal, ahhhhh relaxed doesn’t even describe it!

How pretty is our entrance!! I’m thinking of a bobble rug at the front of the door, we’ll have some nice banners outside too

Just so comfortable!! We’ve requested plenty of sofas so people can kick their shoes off, slipper socks on and chill!

And check out the fire, just lovely!!

Best of all though we had a giggle.

We walked out of cranage hall with that ‘just right’ feeling, it’s absolutely thee perfect place for us, and we simply cannot wait!

We’ve sold out of our day passes for February 17th, and we’ve increased the number of weekend passes by another 5 so there’s a few of those left. But with so many sofas I think we’re going to need to whip up a few more blankets!!

Anyway happy hooking xx

It’s live!

Christmas is…..live on hobbycraft blog, and our Knitcraft CAL Facebook page, I feel exhausted already!! A bit surprised Knitcraft posted whole pictures! But nice to see everyone’s reactions!!

So here they are!!

The grey version is ‘crisp skies and full of surprise’ and the purple version is ‘happy wishes and snowflake kisses’

@lyndascraftroom and I are rather pleased!!

Here’s a pic of part one, this was crocheted by Samantha who is an amazing pattern tester!

Anyways, off for a little cat nap I think, didn’t sleep much last night!!

Happy hooking xx
